As an independent forensic risk assessor specializing in domestic and sexual abuse offences, I bring a wealth of expertise and a deep commitment to understanding the complexities of interpersonal violence and its impact on victims, offenders, and the community. With a solid foundation in forensic psychology and a comprehensive understanding of the dynamics of abuse, I am dedicated to evaluating the risk factors associated with domestic and sexual violence. 

My particular expertise lies in online sexual offending, from the viewing and downloading of CSAM (child sexual abuse material) through to contact sexual offences facilitated via the internet. Differentiating between those who are at risk of engaging, or have engaged in, a contact offence, and those who have accessed illegal material online due to current and previous life stressors, is imperative for understanding the nature of future risk.

My work involves conducting thorough assessments to determine the likelihood of reoffending, the potential danger to victims, and the necessary interventions to mitigate these risks. By integrating evidence-based practices and maintaining a victim-centered approach, I strive to contribute to the safety and well-being of individuals and communities, while also supporting the rehabilitation and accountability of offenders. My role is crucial in informing legal decisions, guiding treatment plans, and ensuring that appropriate measures are in place to prevent further harm and promote justice.
